Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is it possible to stay consecutive nights?
It is possible to stay multiple nights however, between the hours of 10am-3pm you will be asked to vacate the hotel so that our cleaning procedures can proceed. All of your luggage may be kept in the locker provided to you at the time of your check in.
Q: Is it possible to accommodate children?
Guests under the age of 18 years are unable to use our facilities alone. Please contact our staff at the hotel for further details.
Q: Is it possible to leave the hotel after check in?
Once you have checked into the hotel you are free to leave the hotel whenever you like, however you must leave your room key at the front desk before you leave. Upon your return we shall give your room key back to you. The front desk is open 24hrs daily.
Q: Do you have dinner or breakfast available?
Unfortunately, we do not provide these services however, our hotel is in close proximity to an array of restaurants and or conveniences stores.
Q: Do you provide Amenities to guests?
We have a range of amenities available for both our male and female guests. Please ask our friendly staff for assistance. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Soap are provided and kept in all of our shower units.
Q: Is smoking permitted?
Kobe Capsule Hotel Seki is a non-smoking hotel. However, we do provide a smoking room which is available for use on the lobby floor.
Q: Is eating allowed inside the capsules?
We do not allow eating inside of the capsules. Non-Alcoholic beverages are allowed inside the capsules.
Q: Do you have Credit Card Facilities?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards. Visa, AMEX, Diners, Mastercard and JCB.
